Precision manufacturing
Bespoke production demands absolute accuracy. Aluminium profiles are CNC-cut precisely to the dimensions of each individual project, then carefully prepared for powder coating and further finishing. This precision ensures consistent quality, dimensional accuracy and a perfect fit on site. Efficient installation starts in our facto.

In-house powder coating
For every bespoke system within the CORNELS® Elite Series, aluminium components are first precision-cut to the exact project dimensions, carefully prepared and then powder coated in our own in-house coating line. This sequence is an essential part of our production process. Because the components are coated after they have been cut to size, every surface — including the newly created cut edges — receives the same high-performance protection. This helps reduce the risk of corrosion to a minimum and contributes to the long-term durability of the complete system. For the entire coating process, we use premium TIGER powder coating, combining lasting protection with the refined finish that characterises the CORNELS® Elite Series.

Engineered for watertight performance
Within the CORNELS® Elite Series, precision-welded corner joints are one of the essential production steps behind the 100% watertight performance of our systems. Each joint is carefully prepared and welded to create a precise, seamless connection. Together with accurately fitted gaskets and the integrated rainwater drainage system, these details form part of a complete construction engineered for dependable performance in all seasons.

Crafted with care
Quality extends beyond production. We prepare every component with care, finish it precisely and inspect it thoroughly before it leaves our factory. We then package and label each component with the same attention to detail. A seemingly small step, but an essential part of an efficient installation process on site. Our products leave the factory in custom-built wooden crates, keeping every component securely protected from Istanbul to CORNELS projects around the world.

For every bespoke CORNELS® Elite Series system, the aluminium components are first precision-cut to the required dimensions, carefully prepared and then fully powder coated in our own in-house coating line using premium TIGER powder coating.
The sequence matters. With production methods where coated aluminium profiles are subsequently cut to size, the newly created cut edges no longer have the same protective coating. By cutting first and coating afterwards, CORNELS ensures that every surface, including all cut edges, is fully protected. This helps minimise the risk of corrosion and contributes to the long-term durability of the complete system.
CORNELS® Elite Series canopies are engineered to be 100% watertight (when system is closed). This goes beyond simply managing or reducing rainwater ingress. Precision-welded corner joints are an essential part of achieving this performance. Together with accurately fitted gaskets and the integrated rainwater drainage system, they form a carefully engineered construction that keeps water out and guides rainwater efficiently through the structure. Together, these carefully engineered details allow us to guarantee 100% watertight performance within the CORNELS® Elite Series.
